Surrendering your pet.

PLEASE NOTE: WE ARE CURRENTLY OVER CAPACITY AND CLOSED TO NEW SURRENDERS

Please fill out the surrender application to see if we may be able to help rehome your pet.

We are currently experiencing a large amount of requests to surrender pets. We will endeavour to get back to you as soon as possible.

If you are surrendering a pet due to behavioural issues, please provide as many details as possible so we can ensure we find a suitable home for them. If you are in the position to do so, it is highly recommended that you reach out to a behaviour expert and provide their report along side your surrender form.

PLEASE PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING IF AVAILABLE: A current photo of the dog or cat. Any certificates ie- desexing, vaccinations. If microchipped, the microchip details and a change of ownership form or signature, or the ability to arrange a change of ownership. Details of heartworm prevention method and brand, due date** THESE ITEMS CAN BE EMAILED TO intake@shari.net.au
