Meet Makita

Makita is a tiny Manx girl with a big heart. She’s a striking black beauty with a single tuft of white on her chest, like she’s wearing a tiny badge of bravery.

Makita has taken her time learning that humans can be friends, and she’s made huge progress in foster care. Because of this, she’ll need a patient and understanding home that’s happy to let her set the pace. Once she feels safe, her curiosity shines through and her sweet, playful nature starts to show.

She adores playing with her foster siblings and would absolutely thrive with a confident feline friend in her forever home to help show her the ropes and boost her confidence.

Makita may start off a little shy, but with time, consistency and love, she has all the makings of a loyal, charming companion. If you’re the kind of person who understands that the most special bonds take time to build, Makita might just be your perfect match.

Please ensure all family members are prepared for kitten antics and your home has been kitten proofed. Makita will need time to adjust to her new surroundings before she feels relaxed and at home. She will need a home where her humans are home more often than not for the first few weeks to make sure she keeps safe. We recommend having a small kitten room or pen set up for nighttime, when you’re not at home, or unable to fully keep an eye on her.

I am wormed, vaccinated and microchipped. I will be adopted on a desexing and 2nd vaccination contract, which will be covered by the rescue when he is a little older.

I will be adopted with a Manx Syndrome waiver as I am a rumpy manx. My ‘condition’ is stable, and I have no symptoms or impairments other than a cute booty wobble.

Makita is strictly an inside cat only.

Makita’s adoption fee is $450.00
